Thought for the day

I get so many incredible messages, this one hit home hard today.

Some days I think you’re all just sick to death of me & wish I’d become a hairdresser or move to outer space!

I sometimes share my flat days here, it’s important for me to share my up days without fear of it being not just a win, a good day

And if you are overthinking this post, yes you!I’m not afraid of your judgey face 😜🥰😘😘

I’ve asked permission to post this here:

Dear Emma

I love how much you give of yourself to our community. Watching you tirelessly yet creatively think of new ways to get us all to think about “what box” when nourishing our beloved pets.

I loved watching you on Couples Come Dine With Me you were true to yourself & your message pure & genuine just like you are.
The truth is I don’t really care about the tv show or the “5 mins of fame” it gave you. I’m interested in you and your recipes that you share so freely without self importance, selling something or promoting yourself.
You genuinely want people to feed a fresh food diet and that my love is golden.

I loved your Facebook live with the other couples from the tv show on, them talking about how you & your meal that night changed their perceptions of what dog food is. You scored there & with your man Dylan right by your side, you make a lovely couple. I’m going to be excited to see Mandy & Brian’s fresh feeding journey with Reggie, such an inspiring couple & was happy to hear that you’ve been supporting Samuel & Kelly’s dog with how to balance a homemade diet and how they love feeding it avocados!!!!!!!

With ever lasting love and gratitude to you.

Tip for the day

Tip number 1: Don’t tell people that you love them when you clearly do not.

Tip number 2: Do tell people if you love something about them, their hair, wit or dress!

Tip number 3: Where love is concerned ‘actions speak louder than words’ both need to match up!

Tip number 4: Don’t be number 1, ever! A fake ass twat people see through it.

Tip Number 5: Don’t be quiet about number 1!

This is one of the best Friday nights I’ve had in a very long time!

Dishing out nuggets of wisdom since 1805😂

I’m not doing any press, radio or TV appearances at present alone or otherwise regarding the TV show I appeared on & the recipes that I created for it. I’ve not approached anyone to be pitched for
this type of promotion either.

If you know me well then you’ll know that my priority is to always give back to my community first. It’s my way of thanking you all for listening & passing on the knowledge.

Below is the event I’ve set up to celebrate the WIN of serving DOG FOOD to my fellow ‘Come diners’ on National TV! That’s why I did the show after all.

I did it for the voiceless pets & you reading this post the “4%” that believe in feeding your beloved pets a Fresh Whole Living foods diet.

#FEEDFRESH (pass it on…. now go share my event!😉😘🧡).

With Love & Gratitude always

Flick your light back on🙌🏻

Life doesn’t always work out anything like we imagined it would!

We loose hearts along the way & find new ones to replace them. We push some away & pull others to us.

After they’ve gone we remember some dearly with warmth & fondness & hold the memories close some we forget forever.

Whatever your situation is don’t forget to to share your love freely, deeply & madly.

Life is super short go be generous & genuine.
