Ingredients

  • Full fat cream cheese
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Lemon Zest

Method

  • Spread the cream cheese on an unvarnished wooden board.
  • Sprinkle over the fresh chopped mint and grate the lemon zest directly onto the board.
  • Pop into your freezer for 20 minutes for an easy lick off! Or longer if you want to make it more difficult.

Serving Suggestions

Feed immediately. Wash the board with hot soapy water and leave to dry.

Chef's Tip

A dog’s body temperature is higher than ours, therefore the melting point of licking a frozen item will be faster than for a human.
