frozen mixed fish
I used cod, salmon & haddock.
(Sustainably caught if possible).
100 g
frozen prawns
1
hard-boiled organic egg
1 tbs
blueberry powder
½tbs
nettles
Method
Place the frozen fish, prawns and hard-boiled egg, minus the shell into a blender and blitz until your mixture resembles crumbles.
Now gently mix all of the other ingredients using a flat-sided spatula. Be gentle and almost fold in the dried ingredients. Be calm, take deep breaths, think about floating amongst the clouds and put those good vibes into your gentle mixing.
Form into tiny treat-sized balls and place on a baking tray at 180c /350f for 20 mins.
Let them cool and serve as a treat.
Storage
Keep them in an airtight glass container in the fridge for 5 days or freeze and use when needed.
Chef's Tip
These treats can also be offered as is, a tsp of the mixture served at room temperature mixture will last 2 days, uncooked. Alternatively, freeze the mixture into shapes and use defrosted on very hot days.
